When you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your first name and email address. This data is processed and stored securely by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), my third-party email marketing provider. I use this information to send you updates, blog posts, and occasional product launches. You can opt-out at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
When you reach out via the contact form, I collect your name, email, company (optional), referral source (optional), and project details. This information is stored in my private database and delivered to my inbox using ZeptoMail (by Zoho). I use this data strictly to review your inquiry and respond to your message. It is never used for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt-in to the newsletter.
I take reasonable steps to protect your data through encryption and secure cloud providers. However, please avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information (like passwords or credit card numbers) through my web forms.
You have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for its total deletion at any time. Simply email me at hi@sujalsinha.com, and I will promptly remove your information from my records and all third-party platforms mentioned above.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how I operate. The “Last Updated” date at the top will always show the latest version.
